• No smoking is permitted within the hostel premises.
• There is no curfew imposed but be considerate when coming back late by keeping noise level down.
• In house phone is for making local calls only. Reception can be contacted on 119. Dial 0 before other local numbers.
• We provide free breakfast but kindly wash your utensils (cups/ plates) after use.
• Reception is open 0800 to 1700pm daily (for check ins outside of this time please email us details and arrangement will be made)
• Cleaning is provided once a week. Kindly inform management if you need other cleaning services.
• We reserve the right to check out any guests anytime who behave in a disorderly manner or intentionally disturbs the other guests. All kinds of shouting, fighting, gambling, stealing, violet knocking, maltreating or abusing are strictly prohibited. In such cases offender will be handed over to Police immediately.
• Animals / pets are not allowed in the hostel.
• Possession, distribution and consumption of prohibited drugs and chewable tobacco in the hostel complex is not allowed.
• Management is not responsible for any loss of items. Guests are advised to keep valuables/ belongings locked up in the lockers provided.
• Rates quoted are based from 3 pm to 12 pm the next day and is non- refundable if portion of the day is used.
• For hygiene reasons, consumption of food is not allowed inside the dorm rooms.
• Once a guest checks out, he/ she may leave his luggage with us for storage but we will not be responsible for any losses or damage.
• Parties, social or political gatherings/events in the hostel complex are not permitted without the prior and written consent of the management.
• A nature park should be a place where residents can enjoy the quiet and beauty of nature. As such due consideration must be accorded to other hostelites at all times. Noise level must be kept low at all times. Television, Radio etc provided in the common room must be switched off or volume toned down after 10:00 pm.
• Hostelites are responsible for keeping their rooms and the common areas in the hostel such as visitor’s area, bathrooms, stair case, and common room etc clean and tidy at all times.
• All fans, lights and electrical appliances must be switched off when not in use.
  18. Any damage to the hostel property must be reported immediately to the management. Hostelites will be charged for all damages except damages caused by normal wear and tear.
• Pasting of posters, writings, wall chalking, slogans of any kind or defacing the hostel in any form is not allowed.
• The hostel management reserves the right to make spot checks on the hostel and rooms without having to give prior notice.
• Electricians, contractors or any other service person may enter rooms as and when necessary in the course of their duty under the directive of the accommodation officer. However, every effort will be made to respect the privacy and dignity of the hostelites.
• Day visitors are allowed in the hostel on approval from the management. Maximum capacity inside the hostel at any one time is 35.
• Hostelites are advised to lock all doors at all times for security reason.
• The hostel management reserves the right to revise the rules and regulations from time to time and will keep the hostelite informed.
